# MarketPrompter pricing

## Free

Free accounts receive 50 credits every month, every Studio tool and Module 1 of the Academy. No card is required.

## Entry

Entry is $10 per month and includes 400 monthly credits, fair credits on ads that come out wrong, and the full Academy.

## Pro

Pro is $30 per month and includes 1,750 monthly credits and more Top ads and brand searches every day.

## Scale

Scale is $75 per month with 5,000 monthly credits for big catalogs and heavy use. Email support@marketprompter.com to set it up.

## Add credits

Add 100 credits for $5 at any time. Top-up credits never expire.

## Can I start free?

Yes. Free accounts get 50 credits every month, every Studio tool and Academy module 1. No card needed.

## What do credits pay for?

Your credits work on every tool in the Studio: ads, edits, copy, scenes and characters. The cost of a run is shown next to its button before you start.

## Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't roll over. Top-up credits never expire.

## What if I run out?

Add 100 credits for $5 any time, with or without a plan, or move to a bigger plan.

## Do failed runs cost credits?

No. If a run fails, its credits come back automatically. On paid plans, if an ad comes out wrong, flag it within a week: we check it against your product photo and return the credits.

## What comes with Entry?

400 credits a month, fair credits on ads that come out wrong, and the full Academy with its certificate, prompt library and Helper Bot.

## What's different on Pro?

1,750 credits a month and more Top ads and brand searches every day. Everything in Entry is included.

## What about Scale?

Scale is 5,000 credits a month for big catalogs and heavy use. Email support@marketprompter.com and we'll set it up with you.

## Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Move between Entry and Pro, or cancel, in Billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

## Can I get a refund?

Plans are cancel-anytime and are not normally prorated. Duplicate charges, technical errors, legal requirements, and an express Terms exception are reviewed by support. A completely unused credit top-up can be refunded within 7 days; after any of that pack is used, it is non-refundable.

## Is tax added?

Where we're registered to collect sales tax, it's added at checkout.
